We are so excited to announce Ride and Run for the Rescue for 2024!
Join us on Saturday, July 20th at Long Branch Park in Liverpool for Central New York’s favorite 5K and Cycle fundraising event. Grab your teammates and choose from the following races:
5K Walk/Run (USATF certified)
10, 20, 40 or 62-mile cycling course
2-mile Family Fun Ride
Virtual Ride or Run (Your Pace, Your Place!)
The Ride and Run for the Rescue is the Rescue Mission’s biggest fundraiser, and provides over 40,000 meals to those in need EVERY YEAR.

10:30 AM: Family Fun Ride Start
11:00 AM: Lunch provided
