Applying for Employment at the Rescue Mission
The Rescue Mission’s online jobs application system is operated through a third party service, with industry-standard security measures in place to protect information submitted by job applicants. The Rescue Mission will use the information provided solely for the purposes of filling a position. This use includes, but is not limited to, reviewing information submitted by job applicants, contacting applicants, and conducting background and reference checks.
Applying to Volunteer at the Rescue Mission
The Rescue Mission’s online volunteer applications request personal information and permission to complete background checks. Additional information may be requested by Rescue Mission staff to determine appropriate placement of volunteers. Volunteers receive communications from the Rescue Mission regarding events, giving opportunities and the organization’s volunteer needs.
Thrifty Shopper Rewards Club Members
Thrifty Shopper stores are a division of the Rescue Mission Alliance, and they generate revenues for Rescue Mission programs to end hunger and homelessness. Those who sign up for Thrifty Shopper Rewards cards online, in store or at an event receive email and/or mail about Thrifty Shopper sales, and Rescue Mission events and giving opportunities. Members can manage the types of email they receive or unsubscribe here.
